Below are the terms and conditions that your customers or certificate recipients will see when the receive their certificate or proceed to the online registration page:

You pay only the postage, processing and handling fee now and when you send in your reservation request form you will pay the hotel taxes, ranging between $7 - $12 per night based on the city selected. You will receive a reservation form in the mail to book your room. When you send in that reservation form, hotel taxes will be due. Reservations must be taken within one year and booked with your reservation form at least 60 days in advance. Valid for adults age 21 and older. Dates near holidays or conventions are usually not available with this special offer. Transportation, meals and room taxes are not included. Holidays, weekends and travel within 60 days requires a surcharge. Not valid for conventions or group travel. Only one redemption may be used per family, per city in any 12-month period.

You are welcome to make redemptions for multiple cities.
